All purchases, including but not limited to Premium Subscriptions, Daily Passes, and Ad Placements, are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly required by law.
If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of these Terms of Service, you will not receive a refund for any remaining time on your subscription or active ads.
Kysnex respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content residing on or accessible through our website, please send a notice of claimed infringement containing the following information: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and your contact information.
Please send all DMCA takedown requests via our official contact channels. We will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

All individuals who advertise on Kysnex do so independently and at their own discretion. Kysnex has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the conduct of any user on or off the platform.
By using Kysnex, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with your use of the platform, including but not limited to any risks arising from interactions with other users, whether online or in person.
Kysnex provides no warranties or guarantees regarding the identity, background, morality, character, or behavior of any user. You are solely responsible for taking appropriate precautions in all interactions.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Kysnex shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond Kysnex's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, epidemics, pandemics, network infrastructure failures, or strikes.
Kysnex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, behavior harmful to other users or the platform, or at the sole discretion of Kysnex.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
Kysnex maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against human trafficking, exploitation, and any form of coerced activity. We comply fully with the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA).
Any content, user, or activity suspected of involving trafficking or exploitation will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Accounts involved will be permanently banned without notice or refund.

Kysnex does not produce any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct. All user-generated content is the sole responsibility of the user who uploaded it. Users who upload visual content represent and warrant that they are in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and any applicable record-keeping requirements.
